Should we or our suppliers be unable to provide the item / packaging we will find an adequate replacement with your approval, or a refund should this not be possible. Disclaimer: Please note we cannot give a guarantee for the life span of your fresh flowers as there are many factors determining how long they last (proper care/ weather/ variety etc) HOWEVER we can assure you that the freshest flowers are sourced for your order. Items in the order above may vary in design or appearance due to seasonal availability and design interpretation. If a particular product or flower is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. We take special care to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the order requested.
Delivery Information
Delivery is outsourced and the delivery time is confirmed as arranged. We cannot be liable for any issues from the company. On special calendar days there might be delays, although we usually expect all orders to be delivered by the late afternoon.
Returns Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Petals Gourmet Flowers. Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a dispute, you have to query the quality of the item you have purchased to us within 12 hours of the delivery. The item must be in its original condition. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
